🎉 Please help us welcome Jimmie Tucker to the Columbia County Extension Family, as our new Agriculture Agent and Staff Chair! 🎉
Jimmie brings 20 years of experience as an Agriculture Teacher and is a proud 4-H alumnus. He understands firsthand the impact Extension programs have on our communities and youth. We are excited to add his knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to our team and community.

Last week, Columbia County 4-H members attended State O’Rama, where they enjoyed an exciting week filled with contests, leadership opportunities, and fun!

We are incredibly proud of everything they accomplished:

🗣️Marley Linville and Nora Smith represented Columbia County in the Public Speaking Contest!

🏹 Joseph Smith competed in Archery!

📚Joseph Smith was awarded the Gladys/ Bo & Pegg Cobb scholarship!

🍀 Nora Smith received her Arkansas State Ambassador pin!

🍀Dawson Dooly proudly retired his green jacket!

Columbia County couldn’t have been better represented! We can’t wait to see all the amazing things they will accomplish next. Way to go!!

🍀4-H Cloverpalooza Camp🍀

We were excited to host Cloverpalooza Camp alongside Ouachita County and Union County 4-H. Campers had a fun-filled two days learning a variety of new skills, from animal care, cooking to wildlife, fishing, and canning.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible and to all the 4-H'ers who participated. We loved seeing everyone learn and have fun together!
