💙 Welcome to the Squad: Meet Mr. Thomas Graham! 💛

Please join me in officially welcoming Mr. Thomas Graham, our Chief Custodian, to the DRE family!

Mr. Graham brought with him 15 years of supervisory experience with the State of Delaware, along with a four-year degree in Plumbing, providing a strong foundation of technical expertise, leadership, and service. He joined us from Postlethwait Middle School, and we have been excited to add someone with his experience and commitment to excellence to the DRE team.

Since joining Robinson, he has been committed to supporting our students and staff while helping ensure that DRE remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place where teaching and learning can thrive every day.

💙 Welcome to the Squad: Meet Mrs. Madison Kelly! 💛

Please join me in giving a warm David E. Robinson Elementary welcome to Mrs. Madison Kelly, who will be joining our school team as our new Music Teacher!

Ms. Kelly is a passionate music educator whose experience spans public schools, Montessori preschools, private studios, community music programs, and church music ministry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Music Education, summa cm laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and is currently pursuing her Master of Music in Music Education at Temple University.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kelly has remained committed to helping students grow both musically and personally. During her time teaching in Montessori preschools, she was recognized by Drexel University for her achievements in Social Emotional Learning, highlighting her dedication to educating the whole child.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Kelly and her husband, Sam, are the proud parents of their beautiful daughter, Violet Magnolia. When she’s not making music, you’ll likely find her hiking, camping, or enjoying live music.

💙 Welcome to the Squad: Meet Dr. Brooklynn Parsons! 💛

Please join me in giving a warm David E. Robinson Elementary welcome to Dr. Brooklynn Parsons, who will be joining our school team this year!

Dr. Parsons brings eight years of teaching experience, spending the majority of her career in 5th and 6th grade classrooms. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building meaningful relationships with students and creating learning environments where every child feels safe, supported, and confident. We are excited to welcome such a dedicated educator to the DRE family.

Outside of school, Dr. Parsons is a proud daughter, sister, wife, and mother. She and her husband are the proud parents of an energetic little boy and are excited to welcome a baby girl to their family soon! She recently moved back downstate after growing up in Felton, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, traveling, and reading.

Please join me in giving a warm David E. Robinson Elementary welcome to Ms. Gianna Guido, who will be joining our 3rd Grade Team this school year!

Ms. Guido brings two years of elementary teaching experience, most recently teaching Kindergarten in Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Shenandoah University and her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. We are excited to welcome such a passionate educator to the DRE family.

What makes Ms. Guido’s journey especially meaningful is that she is a proud graduate of the Caesar Rodney School District. Returning to the district that helped shape her as a student is more than a homecoming. It’s an opportunity to invest in the same community that invested in her. That’s a story we are proud to celebrate.

When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll likely find her going for a run, spending time with family and friends, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or planning her upcoming wedding! ☕🏃‍♀️💍

Mrs. Alexander brings 12 years of teaching experience, primarily in Kindergarten, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to learn. We’re thrilled to welcome her to DRE as we continue building a team committed to excellence for every scholar.

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Alexander enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Corinne, who is starting kindergarten this fall, and Collin (CJ), who attends the DSU Lab School. She’s also a huge animal lover! Her family includes five chickens, four cats, and a pittie named Lincoln…and yes, she’s a proud Eagles fan!

Mrs. Hennessy brings 20 years of experience in education, along with a passion for building meaningful relationships and helping students grow. We are excited to welcome such an experienced educator to the DRE family as we continue building a team committed to excellence for every scholar.

When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll likely find her reading, shopping, relaxing at the beach, or spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Kyle, are the proud parents of two amazing daughters, Brooke and Bailey, and two adorable dogs, Fletcher and Frankie. She’s also a passionate sports fan, cheering on the Phillies, shouting “E-A-G-L-E-S!” during football season, and faithfully supporting her daughter’s soccer and field hockey teams.
