All grade levels get multiple recesses and classroom breaks here at LCA! ☀️

After lunch, ALL levels come together for recess, and it’s one of the beautiful things that sets LCA apart. You’ll see older children engaging the younger children in play, friendships forming across grade levels, and students learning how to do life together.

Because that’s how the real world works. It is how the body of Christ works! 🤍

At Libertas, education is not hurried. It is steady, intentional, and rich. Wonder is awakened as we gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and all He has created. In every lesson, every conversation, every shared silence for thought—we are being shaped into better image-bearers of Christ as we behold His glory.

In a world full of distraction, attentiveness is a quiet and necessary virtue- The practice of fixing one’s gaze intently.

“My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not escape from your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. Put away from you crooked speech, and put devious talk far from you. Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure. Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭20‬-‭27‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Ask boldly. Listen humbly. Seek truth honestly. Receive correction gladly. For knowledge is not an end in itself, but a means to wisdom—a greater love for God, and a more faithful submission to Him.

We can’t wait to see all of our LCA Lions tomorrow!! 🦁📚

As we begin this new school year together, may we remember that true wisdom begins when our hearts are postured in humility to fear God and love Him.

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.”
— Proverbs 9:10 (ESV)

We are so excited to see you all and to continue together in this lifelong pursuit of what is true, good, and beautiful. 🤍
