Our students have worked incredibly hard this year, and Java Jazz is the perfect way to celebrate their growth and talent. Come support the Madrid Performing Arts Council by joining us for an evening of coffee, desserts, and jazz!

Yesterday 8 junior high students participated in the Iowa Choral Directors Association honor choir last night. They spent the day practicing their music and ended it with a performance for family and friends! We are so proud of this accomplishment for these students!

We are beyond excited to announce that our talented Madrid Anthem Singers will be performing the National Anthem at an upcoming Iowa Wild game at the Casey's Center again this year!

Come support our students as they represent Madrid on the big stage (and stay for some high-energy hockey!). It’s going to be an unforgettable night!

🎶 Save the Date! 🎶

Join the Madrid Music Department this Thursday (3/5/2026) for our Music in Our Schools Concert! Our students have been working incredibly hard to master some challenging repertoire, and we can’t wait to share the music with you.

Our HS choir has been very busy during the month of December! Starting off with singing in the Madrid Christmas Parade, our winter concert (posting recorded concert on Friday at 2 pm!), then to the IA State Capitol to carol (with our district’s senator!), and finally the Jazz Choir’s caroling tour today! These students have been nothing short of amazing and Mrs. Cutler is for sure one lucky director! Thank you for all the support you have shown this year. See you next year!
