Take your GAPS knowledge to the next level.

The newly redesigned GAPS Certification Training brings Certified GAPS Coaches (CGCs) and Certified GAPS Practitioners (CGPs) together for a comprehensive learning experience rooted in the teachings of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.

Through a combination of self-paced foundational learning, instructor-led education, and practical application, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to confidently guide others in implementing the GAPS Nutritional Protocol.

Choose the certification pathway that fits your background and experience:

🌿 Certified GAPS Coach (CGC) — for experienced GAPS individuals and those seeking to support others through practical implementation of the protocol.

🌿 Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP) — for qualified healthcare and holistic professionals with advanced nutrition training and clinical experience.

Our next cohort begins September 1, 2026, and enrollment is open through August 31.

Introducing the No Plant GAPS Hub

No Plant GAPS is a therapeutic, phase-based protocol developed by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride to support individuals with complex and chronic health conditions.

This work requires precision, structure, and an understanding of the correct sequence of healing.

👉 The No Plant GAPS Hub is now live

A dedicated resource to help you:
• understand when No Plant GAPS may be appropriate
• follow the protocol as it was designed
• learn the clinical reasoning behind each phase

Curated by Monika Holland (CGC, MNBP, CNT), a coach and a practitioner on Dr Natasha’s team.

03/31/2026

Snacking on GAPS does not have to be complicated. In fact, many of the foods already built into the GAPS Diet can easily double as simple, nourishing snacks. Think meat stock, slow-cooked proteins, and healthy animal fats that support digestion and help keep you satisfied between meals. When you shift your mindset away from typical “snack foods” and instead focus on nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest options, snacking becomes less about convenience and more about supporting your gut and overall health.

A few things to keep in mind while snacking on GAPS:

✅Prioritizing healthy fats can help stabilize blood sugar and support steady energy throughout the day.

✅Animal proteins and fats provide the building blocks your body needs for repair and healing.

✅Be mindful of proper GAPS cooking and preparation techniques, like soaking and fermenting foods, especially nuts, seeds, legumes, and dairy, so they are easier to digest and better absorbed.

Keeping these at the center of your snacks can make a meaningful difference in how you feel.
