✨ Yesterday at the City Council meeting, Mayor Cotton proudly recognized Vanessa Norton for her outstanding kindness and service to our community. Through her efforts helping collect food donations, Vanessa made a real difference for local families in need. Her caring heart, generosity, and leadership remind us that one person truly can make the world a better place. Congratulations, Vanessa, and thank you for being such an inspiring example of kindness!

Shout out to 5th Grader Aurora Rockey for being the recipient of the 2025/2026 Tim Thomas award for showing kindness. Aurora was nominated for the award by SRO Mark Conrad. ❤️🦅🥰

Check out the Hopkins County-Madisonville Public Library's summer programming! They have something scheduled most days throughout the summer.

📚Reading Dragons was created by the Dover Public Library.

🦄This program contains all of our favorite things: creativity, collecting, cards, art, cute critters, imagination, and (of course) reading!

A big thank you to our Chefs and the Jesse Stuart Elementary PTA for partnering together to create such a fun and memorable way for our students to enjoy lunch on the last day of school!

Through the Spring Carnival silent auction, Drydin Lamdin, 4th grader, won the opportunity to be "Principal for the Day." He assisted with car duty, 5th grade graduation, end of year tasks, and the Kinder program. After a long day, Drydin is looking forward to being a student again and participating in field day today! ❤️
