Shout out to Coach Fritts & the McMinn East Chargers⚡️volleyball team!! I’ve had such a great time training & getting to know the girls this last half of the summer! They were a blast! 😆 They put in some good work & hopefully had a lot of fun prepping for their season! Summer Highlights☀️

We had a great summer in the gym. A lot of kids put in a tremendous amount of work but I wanted to highlight a couple of my college/highschool guys that don’t always get as much recognition as they deserve…
My Sequoyah Hoopers Joshua & Riley put in an insane amount of work in the weight room this summer along with their speed/agility work! Riley was killin’ on AAU hoops circuit & still getting his workouts in… Joshua was coming 5 days a week some weeks😳 They’re both much stronger & athletic then they were when summer started & I can’t wait to see it show up on the court this year! Peyton Key is another high school hooper who’s much stronger & quicker after a solid summer of consistency getting ready for bball season at William Blount… Daylen Spradling wasn’t even cleared for full participation at the beginning of summer after ankle surgery at the end of last year… That didn’t stop him from putting on 20 pounds of muscle, is running, jumping, & getting his #’s up on all his lifts. He’s going back to Johnson Univ. a completely different kid! Tyler Oaks dominated his summer baseball league as usual & has been in the gym every single day before he heads back for his sophomore year at Western Carolina… T.Y., who’s always been one of my most consistent & hardest workers, says he feels the fastest & most explosive he’s ever been to start training camp for his Rs/sophomore year at Maryville College!

Proud of the summer these guys had & all the hard work they put in!!💪💪

These two have been killing it this summer!

I love the progress Jace is making.. He gets better every session! He’s good at taking correction & applying it. His balance & coordination have improved greatly over the summer!🙌

Caroline has been working really hard this summer between soccer & basketball practice to improve her speed… it’s been paying off not only in her speed but also her jumping & overall athleticism! Can’t wait to see how it helps her on the court & the field!!

As another summer winds down I have to take a moment to highlight & congratulate this young lady!
Jagger means a lot to me & my business. We’ve built a great relationship over this past 7 years! I don’t have an athlete that’s been with me longer than this kid! She was the first female athlete I trained at the old baseball field at Kefauver park when she was barely starting middle school, & now she’s going off to play college softball! I’m amazed at how far we’ve both come over the years! We’ve worked out together, she’s moved away☹️, came back 😃, switched schools, worked jobs while also being a student athlete, & she’s the only person that’s been able to get me to do Tik Tok dances with them…🤦🏾‍♂️🫠🫠🫠
I’ve watched her grow as an athlete, make All-District tournament team, & even got to see her hit a few bombs this year while chasing her dream to play college softball! 🙌 As proud as I am for her earning this opportunity I’m even more proud of the young adult she’s become! Jagger has an amazing heart & the type of personality that is just impossible to be sad around! She’s probably the most unserious person you’ll ever meet😆, but she’s also one of the most genuine! She’s one of the toughest, hardest working kids I know & she does it all with a big smile! I can’t wait to see her development as she tackles college softball Florida & there’s not a better kid I would want to represent TWO SIX!!💪

Shout to my guy Big Oak!! He’s playing in a summer league in Wi******er, Virginia & he’s been making the most of it!! Tyler made the league’s All-Star team & won Outstanding pitcher’s award! I’ve missed having him in the gym every day this summer but one thing you can always count on; where ever he is, He’s Working!!! Proud of you Big guy!!💪💪
