Our latest article covers the art of throwing techniques in traditional karate-do. Derived from Japanese martial arts traditions, these techniques emphasize precise timing and leverage to destabilise opponents with minimal effort (Kazushi). We have also embedded within the article video demos of ten throwing drills to better illustrate nage in motion. Goju katas where some of the nage waza come from have also been identified in the demos. This is a must-read for all PRO members in our Library Central. Not a member of the GOJU RYU PORTAL?
