In this new year of 2016, the Cour-Nur is going full force with its vision in the empowerment and transformation of the nursing community. This community includes students, nurses, and the community we serve. The nursing profession is in a transition that calls for radical reformation. This reformation begins with education. Please become involved in the movement of nursing reformation with us. We want to hear your ideas, concerns, and even your complaints. Its time for solutions and strategies to overcome present issues of the nursing profession and workforce . So again if you are a pre-nursing major, nursing student, nurse, or apart of the community in which we serve as nurses we would like to have engage in thought provoking and strategic planning to help redisign the education methods for current and future nurses. This redesign is essential to meet the needs of our diverse and multifaceted healthcare population.
