ALPHA 2 STATE 4-H CAMP--LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER

Registration for Alpha 2 State 4-H Camp will close tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23 at 11:55pm, so be sure to get signed up before the time runs out!

Alpha 2 will be held at Jackson's Mill July 12-17, and it is open to youth ages 12 (must turn 12 by June 30) through 21. Bus transportation will be provided from the county to the camp, and financial assistance scholarships are available and can be requested when registering.

Yesterday, we wrapped up this year's Boone County 4-H Camp with 82 campers. We had a great week at Greenbrier County Youth Camp and would like to congratulate our award winners (listed below). We are already making plans for next year's camp and hope you will be able to join us!

The buses have just pulled out from 4-H camp. They should be returning back to Sherman between 3:30 and 4:00 and then to Scott about 30-40 minutes after that.

Our camp waitlist is now open! Camper slots for Boone County 4-H Camp 2026 have been filled!‼️🍀
Sign-ups for the waitlist will also be through ZSuite and will ask the same questions as the other registration form. In the event of a camper cancellation, those on the waitlist will be contacted via the information provided in the waitlist registration form, in a first come first served basis, based upon on submission date.

Spots for camp are filling up fast!
‼️REMINDER: Creating a ZSuite account does NOT register your youth for 4-H Camp!
- After creating an account you can either search for ' Boone County 4-H Camp 2026' under the events tab or follow the link provided in our original camp post. Then you will complete the camper registration form. This form secures your campers spot.
- You do not need an account to sign up for camp, you will just need to make sure you choose the correct link for external registrations. Please see the post below for more details and if you have any questions, please call us at (304) 369-5869 or email [email protected]

Registration is now open for Boone County 4-H Camp, which will be held June 14-19 at Greenbrier County Youth Camp.
Camp is open to all youth ages 9 (or will turn 9 by June 30) to age 21. (NOTE: All campers aged 18-21 will have to complete a background check and training before attending.)
Campers will be able to participate in many exciting, hands-on activities throughout the week, such as swimming, shooting sports (archery, air rifle, air pistol, shotgun), fishing, crafts, ziplining, floating in the river, STEM, and more.
The cost for the camp is $100. Those who qualify for free/reduced lunch based on income guidelines are eligible for a discounted fee of $50. We have financial assistance scholarships available for those with need.
We have limited spots this year, so be sure to sign up quick! We will also have a waitlist released once spots fill up.
There are two options to register for camp:

-If you have a ZSuite account (or would like to create one), go to 4h.zsuite.org, log in/create an account, create/update your enrollment for the current year, go to the "Events" tab, search "Boone County 4-H Camp 2026," and register.
