Expansive Impact is officially out today!

I wrote this book in hopes that it could be a helpful companion to others, as we all find our way through our individual and often messy journeys of leadership and life. It explores what it looks like to lead in everyday moments through six invitations:

- Be Compassionate: Lead with Love
- Be Conscious: Lead from Within
- Be Clear: Lead in Relationship to Reality
- Be Curious: Lead by Looking for Clues
- Be Courageous: Lead with Truth from the Heart
- Be Creative: Lead with Agility

My own leadership journey has been far from perfect, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share some of the things I've learned (often the hard way) within the pages of the book.

Honoring Transitions.
