Here are your Spring ‘26 Z League Champions!! 👑 🏆 Led by the MVP and their captain Dylan Fleishman who put the team on his back with his 2018 Lebron-like performance to come out with a 25-20 and 26-22 over team Jesse. Sophomores Parker Feder, who’s 2k build would be a straight up slasher, Spencer Kastin, the 3pt specialist from the right wing, and Lance Kay, the defensive menace with a touch of offense(sometimes), highlighted the supporting cast around MVP Fleishman. Senior Dylan Dann rounded out the starters with his tremendous hustle and big time shots to keep the team competitive in every game. And freshman Owen Zusel, big man in the paint with no shortage of chips finished out the 6 man rotation for the playoffs. Oh yeah, and Gavin Quartin as the team cheerleader! Big thanks to Jared Epstein, Jayson Krauthamer, Daniel Fioretti, Sam Swartz, Brody Peck, Mo Cohen, Gabe Drucker, and MR HUMO himself Abie Harris for running the team from behind the scenes in the front office. Congrats on the chip!

Congratulations to Josh McGrane on being named February’s Brother of the Month! Josh is from San Diego, California and is double majoring in Finance and Risk Management. Josh currently serves as ZBT’s 2025-2026 Programming Director, where he has demonstrated exceptional organization and coordinating skills. Outside of the fraternity, Josh works at Temple Beth El where he teaches Hebrew! Beyond his resume, Josh brings an energy to every room that is truly contagious; His positivity makes him someone everyone loves being around. On top of all that, Josh will be working in New York City this upcoming summer, a well-deserved opportunity for such an impressive and driven individual. Congratulations Josh! 🎉

This past weekend we hosted an incredible Dads’ Weekend to celebrate the Fathers of ZBT. Thank you to all the dads who came out! We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to see everyone again next fall.

Announcing your Fall ‘25 Z-League champs!! 🏆 Team captain Gabe Hirsch led his team through battle and to the finish line capturing the league title. The Rookie of the Year and MVP, Jesse Shapira, willed the team to victory battling through a MJ like flu game and leading the team in scoring. Senior and 3PT specialist Ben Barnes stepped up in the final moments and sealed the game and championship with a reverse lay. Jono Messe left no mess in the paint, cleaning up the boards left and right, hitting dirk fadeaways, and knocking down threes. Michael Cheravatsky was easily the defensive player of the year, locking up every team’s #1 guy. Sam Goldman and Mert (going back to his homeland today) continuously came off the bench and brought energy, steals, and clutch shots for the team. General Manager Cooper Sosin and Director of Basketball Operations Zach Abramowitz might not have always been present, but their encouragement was always a great presence in the gc. Congrats on the chip boys!
