We’re planning a week full of fun, nostalgia, and appreciation—but here’s the real talk: as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, PTA can only use about 5–10% of our budget on hospitality each year. That means we rely on donations from our amazing school community to truly make this celebration something special.

📣 PTA Update – April Meeting & 5th Grade Showcase

Dear Rainbow Elementary families,

We want to share an important update regarding our April PTA meeting and upcoming events.

The April PTA meeting has been cancelled. Additionally, the previously planned 5th Grade Showcase will now be incorporated into the 5th grade graduation festivities on May 15. This adjustment was made in coordination with school administration and the 5th grade teaching team to best support students and their end-of-year celebrations.

Because we had planned to hold our 2026–2027 PTA Board election during the April meeting, the election will now take place virtually. PTA general members will receive communication with the proposed slate, and voting will be held on April 14.

We understand that there have been several schedule changes this year, and we truly appreciate your flexibility and continued support. As always, PTA remains committed to supporting our students, families, and staff, and we’re grateful to be part of such a caring community.
