Update for everyone.
I have been dealing with a knee issue for quite some time now. Yesterday I finally got word that I will be having surgery to fix my issue at the end of August. If all goes well, training will start back in the middle if September if not earlier. Look forward to seeing everyone soon!

It was great to train with Bobby again! And its always good to go back to train at Webster's. Can't wait until the next one!

It is foolish to believe any given martial art is lacking in ground fighting or grappling.
A practitioner of a certain style might be lacking. This does not mean the art itself is.
To know your art, you must know every aspect of it.
