1st place finishers at State Skillsusa

Menasha High Skillsusa represented well at State again 3 Golds in Marine Service (Thomas Wyedeven) and Robotics (Jack McDonald and Jacob Fischer) and 3 Bronze in Team Welding Fabrication (Josh Salzman, Bryce Odeman, and Billy Toppler). Good Job by everyone.

On December 3rd Menasha High School sent 7 participants to compete in the District Regional Skillsusa competition held in Pulaski. Over 100 participants competed in 15 different areas related to Technical Education such as: welding, power equipment, graphic design, cabinet making. Our seven participants competed in Advertising design, Welding, Power Equipment Technology, and Cabinet making, respectively.

The events have three parts: job Interview/resume, written test, hands-on activity that meets National Industry standards for that individual activity.

Please congratulate the following students for their continued Menasha Successes 1st Place finishers were Alex Salazar in Advertising design, Chandler Gruenvalder for Small Engines, 2nd Place finisher Billy Toppler for welding, 3rd place finishers Colling Balltz for Advertising design, Bryce Odeman Welding, Mitchell Stanchik Cabinet making.
