I have been practicing yoga on and off with my daughter, Emma for the past few years. After suffering a personal loss in the summer of 2023, I found some comfort and deepened my practice and love for yoga. This experience led me to pursue my 200 Hour YTT Certification from the Yogamu Institute in 2023. Since then, I have immersed myself in yoga practices throughout Lake and Ashtabula County, learn

ing new techniques from other amazing teachers in the area. I am always willing to learn and am eager to find more, often creative ways, to engage my students, providing them with a very positive experience. I take great pride in providing my own personal touches such as my selection of poses for class, possible readings of the day, and playlists as well as incorporating relaxing sounds through musical instruments and hands on assists during Savasana including, but not limited to, a relaxing massage at the end of class if time permits. Since 2023, I have also become both a Certified Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner offering sessions weekly on Thursday nights at Layton Physical Therapy in Madison, Ohio (Reiki) as well as special events (Sound Healing.) You can also find me teaching classes at the East End YMCA in Madison during the week as well as Beach Yoga on set Sunday mornings in the summer. In addition, I have a few sessions coming up this Fall at the Madison Public Library. I am more than thankful for these amazing opportunities in my community. I am currently pursuing my certification in Drum Circle Leadership and plan to offer drumming classes featuring African Djembe Drums sometime in the near future. I offer classes for adults, children, and private groups or 1:1 sessions. I am in the process of developing an online presence and hope to offer online classes as well. I am VERY excited to share my passion and love for yoga along with all the positive energy and healing qualities it has to offer. I find that finding just a few times a week to take time out of my day for some meditation and self care makes a world of difference in the way that I personally react with others and approach my day. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family, riding my bike, and baking. I look forward to booking a class with you and introducing you to the AMAZING world of Yoga and all it has to offer.
