Looking for affordable student housing for 2025-2026?

Zoe Bayliss Cooperative will be releasing the first round of 2025-2026 contracts January 15th at 7pm CT. Spots at Zoe Bayliss will be opened then!

Zoe Bayliss’ mission is to provide affordable student housing for women and non-binary people. Located in the heart of campus, our community, dedication, and upbeat atmosphere is unique to us!

Zoe Bayliss Cooperative also boasts:
- Single ($530/month), double ($355/month), triple ($280/month), and quadruple ($255/month) rooms.
- An in-house chef who provides 10 fantastic meals a week.
- Proximity to campus and university buildings (2 minute walk to Memorial Union and State Street, 5 minute walk to Bascom Hill).
- Adjacent to the 80 Bus line, 5 minute walk to Madison City bus stops
- Garden and patio area, including organic vegetables and native wildflowers.
- Free, in-house laundry
- Spacious, fully furnished rooms (with wood floors!)
- A safe, upbeat, and community-driven atmosphere.

SUMMER TERM at Zoe Bayliss is accepting contracts for students interested in completing lease transfers (ie. sublets) for the summer.
- Enjoy all that ZB has to offer in the bustling, warm Madison atmosphere!

Hi all,

Zoe Bayliss Cooperative is officially accepting contracts for the 2024-2025 school year! Our leasing term goes from August 15th 2024-August 14th 2025.

Zoe Bayliss is home to women and non-binary people with a goal to provide affordable housing to students in Madison. We offer a supportive, enthusiastic, and welcoming community to all!

Amenities include:

- A wonderful chef who provides 10 meals a week with vegetarian and vegan options (she’ll even make your requested birthday treat!)
- Free, in-house laundry
- Affordable rent: Double ($355/month), triple ($280/month), and quadruple ($255/month) rooms.
- Historic charm in a fantastic location - 2 minute walk to Memorial Union, 5 minute walk to Target and State Street.
- Library, theater room, living room, and a full spiral staircase.

Rooms come furnished with beds, mattresses, bookshelves, dressers, desks, and chairs.

Zoe Bayliss will be accepting new contracts starting May 1st, 2024! We are a creative, welcoming, and cheerful community of women and non-binary people with a mission to provide affordable housing to students in Madison.

Besides our weekly Friday movie nights, we offer healthy, homemade meals provided by our in-house chef. Not only do we have designated study groups for physics, math, and chemistry, we are future artists, designers, teachers, and lawyers. We also boast:

- Free laundry
- Spacious rooms (with wood floors!)
- Garden and patio area
- Library (with extra textbooks!)
- A welcoming, affirming community for women and non-binary students!!

Double Room: $355/month
Triple Room: $280/month
Quadruple Room: $255/month
