Every early morning, every grueling training session, and every ounce of hard work has led Fabian to this moment. His heart, humility, and commitment to excellence embody what Freedom Muay Thai is all about.

🥊🇺🇸 BEYOND PROUD OF OUR WARRIORS. 🇺🇸🥊

Last night was about character, discipline, courage, and heart.

We are incredibly proud of Satyo Wasistho and Taylor Biernat for stepping into the cage and representing Freedom Muay Thai with honor. Watching them execute their techniques with precision, remain composed under pressure, and perform exactly as they have trained was nothing short of incredible.

A true warrior isn’t defined solely by the outcome of a fight, but by the willingness to prepare, persevere, and stand firm when the moment arrives. Last night, these young men demonstrated what it means to trust their training, respect their opponents, and leave everything they had inside the cage.

“The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but victory belongs to the Lord.” — Proverbs 21:31

Every hour spent in the gym, every drop of sweat, every lesson learned, and every challenge overcome was evident under the lights. As coaches, teammates, and family, there is no greater reward than seeing hard work transform into confident ex*****on.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23

We are also incredibly blessed and thankful to All or Nothing Fights for their love, kindness, and support in honoring the memory of our beloved William “Wardog.” Their willingness to help keep his legacy alive means more to our Freedom family than words can express. Thank you for standing with us during a time that continues to require strength, faith, and community.

We also ask our Freedom family to continue lifting Mikey King and his family in prayer. While Mikey wasn’t able to compete, we know that some of life’s greatest battles happen outside the cage. We pray that God’s peace, comfort, healing, and strength surround him and his loved ones during this season.

🇺🇸 Happy (Belated) Fourth of July from our Freedom Muay Thai Family! ❤️🤍💙

We’re a little late, but we hope everyone had a safe and joyful Independence Day surrounded by the people who matter most.

As our nation celebrates its 250th anniversary, we’re reminded that freedom has always come with sacrifice, courage, resilience, and hope.

At Freedom Muay Thai, “Freedom” isn’t just our name—it’s our purpose.

To us, freedom means:
🥊 The freedom to become stronger than yesterday.
🛡️ The freedom to overcome fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.
❤️ The freedom to find family in a community that stands beside you.
✝️ The freedom to live out our faith with love, humility, and purpose.
💙 The freedom to keep moving forward, even when life brings heartbreak.

This year has been one of celebration and sorrow. As we continue healing from the loss of Will, we’re reminded every day that community is one of God’s greatest gifts. We don’t have to carry life’s burdens alone, and we’re thankful for every person who has walked beside us.

This Fourth of July was especially meaningful. We were blessed to have both of our mothers with us, celebrating together across generations. We also celebrated our youngest son turning 3 years old, surrounded by our Freedom Muay Thai family—the people who have become so much more than teammates. They’re our family.

We ate brunch, swam, laughed, shared food, celebrated a birthday, watched fireworks light up the sky, and soaked in every moment together. Looking around at our families, our children playing, and friends, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the little community God has allowed us to build.

That is what Freedom means to us.

It’s not just about martial arts.
It’s about belonging.
It’s about healing.
It’s about becoming stronger together.
