KD and our teachers are thrilled to be 2026 recipients of the Retaining Educators as Professionals (REAP) Scholarship! 💛

A new initiative from Nashville Early Education Coalition, REAP helps offset tuition for full-time early educators whose children are enrolled at the center where they work. That means direct financial support for educators, more opportunities for providers to retain experienced teachers, and greater stability for the children and families in their care.

When educators can stay, classrooms stay strong. And when classrooms are stable, parents and caregivers can count on the care they need to stay in the workforce.

We’re so grateful for this investment in our teachers, who make our classrooms, and KD, what they are 💜
