I AM Paula Wick, energetic, courageous, determined...

Stemming from my 33 years as an elementary educator, I am passionate about supporting educators, parents and other caregivers in raising socially and emotionally strong children. Raising healthy children starts with adults recognizing and celebrating our own character strengths, focusing on energy to build relationships, and developing clarity

about expectations and boundaries. I founded SHINE FROM WITHIN CONSULTING in order to teach and grow relationships in homes, schools, social service agencies and other work environments. My passion radiates from the belief that intensity is a gift and that answers to life’s challenges are inside us. I work to see the big picture, listen intently, ask hard questions, and facilitate collaboration. We have immense and infinite inner strength and resources that allow individuals, teams and organizations to SHINE FROM WITHIN.
