TGIF everyone!! Just an update to let you know what's going on on Monday - October 7th and Tuesday - October 8th. Schools are closed for one but Monday at the AfterZone is Pajama Day!! Bring your favorite stuffed animal and not only cuddle with it all day but you will be able to introduce it to all your friends. On Tuesday, we will have Fall Harvest Games in store. Remember to bring your lunch each day. We will provide breakfast, snacks and fun. Open 7am until 6:30pm.

AfterZone will be traveling to the Nissan Plant for a tour. This is only for the 4th through 6th graders. Make sure you wear long pants and closed toe shoes. They will leave at 9:45 and return at 12.

The Kindergarteners and First Graders will travel to Pump It Up. They will leave at 11:30 and return at 3:30. WEAR OR BRING SOCKS!!!

TGIF!! The AfterZone will be taking only the 2nd Graders to Yogi Bear Park on Monday -July 8th. We will leave at 9am and return at 4pm. Bring a lunch and extra drinks, towel, wear swimsuit, and a change of clothes. PLEASE APPLY SUNSCREEN BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CHILD IN MONDAY. See you then!! Have a great weekend.

Tomorrow we start our first day of summer camp at AfterZone. We are so excited! Be sure and bring your lunch, towel, and wear your swimsuit. Oh yea! SUNSCREEN TOO! Can't wait to see everyone.

Seven more days of school! Summer camp is full with the exception of our kindergarten room. A few more places are available. Thank you all for a wonderful turn out for Summer Camp 2013. We are all looking forward to a wonderful, fun and safe summer. Camp will begin May 28th at 7am! See you then.

would like to shout out a huge THANK YOU to Mr. Kelvin for filling in as the bus driver for me (Mrs. Gayla) while i was in hospital and recooperating from dbl. pnuemonia. The kids love him!! It was comforting for me to know while I was out that the kids were in good hands with a friendly and safe driver. I plan to start driving the bus again next week. Mr. Kelvin will be back to help out this summer- or maybe sooner.!

I was so happy and excited to return to all of those smiling faces today. Although, it was for only a few short hours. Im still recovering and do not have that "long lasting" energy level I once had. But it will return in time. I will be there this week - but may have to leave early. So if I do not see you this week- But please know I have returned and I cant thank you all enough for your prayers!! God answered!!

I had a good report from the doctor today!!! The pneumonia has not cleared 100% yet, but greatly improved. He said I can return to work on Monday. I was able to make a short visit this afternoon after my dr. Appt. The kids made me feel like a million bucks- their sweet smiles and hugs was the best medicine ever!!! I have missed everyone sooooooooo much! It was a very long month in the hospital. I can't thank you all enough for your prayers, cards, phone calls, text and gifts. I greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness! I look forward to returning and getting back into the routine of things. Sincerely, Mrs. Gayla

i just wanted to let everyone know I greatly miss all of the smiling faces and hugs from the After Zone crew!!! It has been a long 3 week battle with Pnuemonia & Pluresy. But I do believe Im on the road of recovery. Due to my immune system being soooo low and infection has not completely cleared- and fluid still around both lungs causing inflammation and pain- I will not be released back to work until possibly next week. I really hope it is not extended past that- Im very anxious to get back !! I can not thank everyone enough for all of the sweet cards, gifts, phone calls, texts and visits. It has all meant so much to me!! Thanks Again & Sincerely, Mrs. Gayla
