Blessed Sacrament School

Summertime is a time for sprucing up projects around our campus, both at the parish and at the school. Thanks to all our VERY hardworking volunteers who came to help spread mulch on some very hot days this week. And to some Friar alums (and one current student) who came to help paint the fence next to the Rectory. We appreciate all you do to help make our campus welcoming and beautiful for all who visit.

Solar for Good allowed Blessed Sacrament to continue our work in reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.

Since we are on a commercial electrical billing rate, in addition to reductions from our solar system in our monthly kW demand charges, we also benefit all year round from a 20 kW 11-month trailing demand charge reduction. Our demand reduction significantly reduced our payback period and our annual electricity costs.

On Thursday our 3rd graders graduated from primary and will move up to intermediate next year. Lots of cheers and high fives from their classmates and teachers. Congratulations! 🎓

We are excited to announce that our 2026 Friars on the Fairway golf tournament raised over $14,300 for our school! This is a major jump from previous years, and we are so grateful to all who came out to golf, sponsors who supported the event, and those who took part in our first golf ball raffle. You are all appreciated so much.

The event sold out for the first time, too! These are the foursomes from the event... I missed one - sorry!
