Come join other staff and faculty on 12/01/23 as we learn and discuss best practices for leadership development and leadership education on campus! The agenda will include getting to know others on campus invested in leadership development of students and staff, hearing from guest speakers about new innovative uses of the UW-Madison leadership framework, and brainstorming ways to collaborate across campus to maximize leadership development opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. Don’t Forget, the Leadership Self-Assessment is live!! The Center for Leadership and Involvement teamed up with Surface 51 to create the Online Leadership Self-Assessment for students, staff, faculty, and the greater community. The online Leadership Self-Assessment will allow you to critically reflect on your own leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities. This tool is versatile in its application in the classroom; for student and professional staff employment development; co-curricular engagement; and benchmarking.
