River Valley Reads River Valley Reads supports and promotes literacy in Jefferson County, Indiana. We need tutors and students!

"Harnessing the power of literacy" is our focus--we strive to help adults who need to improve their reading and writing skills. We also seek volunteers who are willing to tutor these adults. Our goal is to get them into the Adult Education classroom at River Valley Resources, where they will work to earn their High School Equivalency Diploma (formerly the GED).
