A big thank you to Together We Grow for partnering with our team this morning. Our focus was on understanding how to support children whose brains may be functioning in “survival mode” and how to guide them toward “safety mode.”
Research shows that when children feel safe, their capacity to build relationships, engage in learning, and reach their full potential greatly increases. We are grateful for this collaboration and the continued learning it brings to our staff and community.

Today I had the honor of speaking at Red Caboose Child Care Center, celebrating 53 years of serving children and families with so much love and care. ❤️
One brave mama shared her struggle with her 3-year-old who often runs away. She thought she just had a “difficult child.” 💔 But once she learned that flight is linked to anxiety, fear, and insecurity, everything shifted.
She left feeling relieved, empowered, and ready to parent differently. 🌱💡
This is the power of awareness.
This is why I believe so deeply in connecting before correcting. 🙏✨
