The Bulldogs are winning on the field AND in the classroom! 🐾📚

The first three weeks of school have shown us just how DRIVEN our Dogs are to take advantage of OPPORTUNITIES, embrace a GROWTH MINDSET, and work toward SUCCESS.

From hands-on learning and collaboration to problem-solving and putting new skills into practice, our students are already hard at work making this year count.

🏈 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS ARE BACK! 🏈

And we sent our students home today with a little extra Bulldog spirit! 🐾

This afternoon, we kicked off the season with our first pep rally of the year! The cheerleaders cheered 📣, the band played 🥁, our fall sports teams were introduced, teachers showed off a few questionable dance moves 😂, and the Dawgs got fired up and ready to take the field tonight!

Now it’s your turn, Bulldog Nation! 💙

Join us tonight at Bill Corry Stadium as the Dogs take on Madison County in our first home game of the season!

👑 Miss Football announced: 7:00 PM
🏈 Kickoff: 7:30 PM

Two weeks into the school year and we’ve confirmed something: teachers age a little differently. 😂

You’ve heard that one human year equals seven dog years… well, at MCHS, we’re pretty sure one year of teaching counts for a few extra years too! 🐾

So, in honor of our DOGS Mentality, we decided to see what our MCHS teachers would look like if they aged in TEACHER YEARS based on how long they’ve been in the classroom.

Some are still pups. Some are seasoned Bulldogs. And some have apparently been teaching since the invention of the chalkboard. 👴🏻👵🏻😂

But no matter how many “teacher years” we’ve accumulated, that DOGS Mentality never gets old. We show up, work hard, support our students, and keep pushing forward!

Here’s to surviving the first two weeks… even if they aged us about 10 years. 😂🐾
