How do you teach your child about gratitude? What resources or practices do you use?
Even if you don't homeschool, there isn't a class for emotional intelligence(EI). Gratitude is a component of EI that helps develop self-awareness, empathy, better relationships, and overall well-being.

First trip out of the country to Belize for my daughter and I. Taught us anti-blackness extends beyond US and how I MAY experience it in other countries. However there was still a strong sense of self that radiated from others we connected with.
-They were empathetic to everyone while setting energetic+ boundaries for the willfully ignorant.
-It taught us gratitude. Other places value possessions less yet are rich in love and connection.
-A strong concept of I am, AND where I come from.
- and that what we call “work” can be and bring joy, can be a calling, a life purpose. Where your gifts are on display THROUGH, not in sole service TO…..
We can teach our babies meaningful life skills through travel
