We are so excited to announce our kickoff for SWE Week! Featuring five days filled with professional development, diversity & inclusion, and personal development events. Join us to start the fall semester with fun activities to get to know SWE members!
Monday 9/19: Fall Kickoff Meeting: come meet other UW - Madison students and learn about the organization and our upcoming events.
Tuesday 9/20: Submit your resume HERE prior to the event. Whiting-Turner will discuss tactics for asking boldly for things in the workplace. There will be resume reviews, Ian's pizza, and giveaways.
Wednesday 9/21: LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training. Learn from the Gender and Sexuality Campus Center about LGBTQ+ inclusion and intervention.
Thursday 9/22: The first and biggest professional development event of the semester! Come to Super Section for roundtables with company representatives. Get resume help, interview tips, and career opportunities. Register HERE.
Friday 9/23:
1st Event: Boeing Tech Team Kickoff Meeting - enjoy Greenbush donuts while learning about the team's plans for 2023.
2nd Event: New Member Committee x Community Service Kickoff with Friends of State Street Family Initiative. Create care baskets with speed friending.
