Meet our MCAA Panthers Faculty and Staff:

Mrs. Missy French will be teaching 5th & 6th grade Math this year. She is currently completing her last few classes for her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Valdosta State University. Mrs. French has worked in education for 13 years. She has taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th and 6th grade Math, 6th grade Social Studies, and also worked as an ESE paraprofessional. This will be Mrs. French's first year at MCAA and we are excited to have her on board.

Mrs. French loves cooking, reading and crafting in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy and her children Addison and Amos.

Mrs. French brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for learning into the classroom. Her ability to make challenging concepts engaging and accessible helps students build confidence, while developing a love for math. She is caring and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

Meet our MCAA Panthers Faculty and Staff:

Miss Abby Ratliff will be teaching 3rd grade this year. She graduated from Valdosta State with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Miss Ratliff is also an alumni of MCAA. She has previously taught 4th grade Math and Science. This will be Miss Ratliff's second year at MCAA.

Miss Ratliff loves all outdoor activities and also enjoys spending time with her family. She is currently busy planning her wedding in March of 2027 to Mr. Jackson Kendrick of Madison.

Miss Ratliff is a kind and patient teacher who has a quiet way of bringing out the best in her students. She uses creative ways to instill the confidence and determination that they need to tackle difficult academic concepts.

**5K-8th Grade Open Houses will begin in the Gym at 5:30 pm**

Meet our MCAA Panthers Faculty and Staff:

Ms. Nikki Schroer will be teaching Kg-8th grade Art. She graduated from Valdosta State with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked at Texas Roadhouse in Valdosta for 15 years. This will be Ms. Schroer's first year at MCAA and we are thrilled to have her join our MCAA family.

Ms. Schroer loves kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors. She also loves to garden in her yard, and tending to her flowers, plants, and vegetables. She also enjoys reading, the beach and being in nature.

Ms. Schroer is an energetic and caring teacher who is passionate about inspiring creativity in every student. Her warm personality, enthusiasm, and encouraging spirit help create a classroom where students feel confident, supported, and excited to express themselves.
