I grew up near Leshan, China, around a beautiful mountainous region of Sichuan province in the southwest of China. Currently attending Beijing Language and Culture University (北京语言大学) and specializing in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, I am now based out of Madison, Wisconsin as a fre

elance Chinese instructor. In my free time, I love cooking, walking through the lovely UW campus spaces and arboretum, and visiting nearby parks. About the service:
Mandarin with Mavis offers one-to-one tutoring services to fit your needs. Tutoring available includes speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary comprehension. Tutoring service encourages good study habits and helps prepare students to gain independence in their learning. Currently, all tutoring services are held online due to covid-19. In-person tutor sessions may resume in the summer tentative public health guidelines.
