What about a plan that helps you eat more… not less? 😏
Because “skinny fat” isn’t the goal.
Under-eating, living on salads, and avoiding real food might make the scale drop…
but it won’t build strength, shape, or energy.
The goal is a body that’s fueled, strong, and actually feels good.
That takes enough protein.
Enough food.
And a plan that supports your training, not fights it.
Eat more with intention…
and watch your body change the right way. 🔥

Bobbie: part operations mastermind, part keto-fueled science experiment, part “accidentally became everyone’s life coach.”
By day, she runs organizations like a well-oiled machine—events, systems, emails, people, all bending to her will (lovingly, of course). By night (and early morning… and mid-afternoon), she’s tracking ketones like it’s a competitive sport, lifting heavier weights than your excuses, and somehow convincing everyone around her that yes, you can become a completely different human if you just… start acting like it.
She speaks fluent:
* “Let’s optimize that”
* “We need a system for this”
* “You’re under-fueled and overdoing it”
* and “No, that’s not actually healthy”
Has 47 tabs open in her brain at all times—half are business strategy, half are “what if we turned this into content.”
Will:
✔ Build your workout plan
✔ Fix your nutrition
✔ Organize your life
✔ Rewrite your mindset mid-conversation
Might:
⚠ Turn your casual complaint into a full coaching session
⚠ Ask about your sleep, your stress, and your macros in the same breath
⚠ Create a new program idea before finishing the current one
Firm believer that:
* Strength training fixes most things
* Structure creates freedom
* You already are her… you just need to show up like it
Powered by discipline, purpose, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
Coach Bobbie’s Nutrition Take:
I hear this a lot…
“I’m just a picky eater.”
Let’s be honest…
“Picky eating” can sometimes just be
staying comfortable…and continuing to eat like you are
isn’t helping you move forward.
No judgment. Just honesty.
Growth starts when we are honest with ourselves!
Over the weekend my son came to visit and left his cat home.
The cat spent the entire time walking around the house crying.
But the cry literally sounded like he was saying “hello.”
Just wandering room to room…
“hello?”
“hello?”
Like he was checking if everyone disappeared. 😅

I spent 30 days on carnivore and i wanted to share my journey to anyone that this might help
What I didn’t expect was how much clarity it would give me.
I wrote about the full experience, what I learned, and why I’m choosing to step away from chasing “perfect health” in my latest blog.
👉 Read it here:

When the shoes start piling up, you know the house is full….of noise, food, hugs, and chaos in the best way.
These are the kinds of moments I want to stay healthy for. The everyday ones. The ordinary-but-beautiful ones.
So thankful for family.

This gift stopped me in my tracks. 🥹
Beth teaches me more about strength, courage, and joy than any certification ever could.
Not about how far you go… but how far you’ve come. 💙

I wore a continuous glucose monitor again. This time after being keto-adapted for over 6 months.
And wow… my metabolism behaved completely differently.
Before keto:
• glucose spikes lasted longer
• movement helped, but slowly
• carbs lingered
After keto:
• smaller spikes
• faster glucose clearance
• walking cleared glucose in minutes
• my body switched fuels effortlessly
There was one lesson I didn’t expect and it’s in my newest blog post.
