Mrs. Day’s Honors ELA students brought literature to life during their “Cross-Text Character Exploration”! 📚✨ Students analyzed characters from novels studied throughout the year, diving into motivations, fears, and growth before participating in “Speed Interviews” where they took on the role of their character and interacted with classmates from other novels. Through meaningful (and sometimes hilarious!) discussions, students practiced critical thinking, communication, and compare/contrast skills in a fun and engaging way. Great conversations and great learning happening at JMS! 💜💛
