Precautions for dealing with COVID-19

In response to the health concerns created by the COVID-19 virus, we are prioritizing efforts to reduce the risk of exposure to our clients and employees. As part of these efforts, we are minimizing foot traffic in our office, conducting most meetings by telephone or video-conferencing, and conducting in-person meetings on a limited case-by-case basis. For any necessary in-person meetings, it is our current practice to wear protective face masks and to request that our clients do the same, in accordance with recent recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control. We were privileged to be part of today's Walk to End Alzheimer's in Madison. The Walk had quite a turn out and came close to reaching their goal of $200,000 despite the awful weather.

Hill, Glowacki, Jaeger & Hughes, LLP is excited to announce that Collin M. Ritzinger has joined the firm as an associate attorney, practicing in the areas of estate planning (including special needs trusts), estate and trust administration, special needs planning and elder law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2011. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin in 2008.

Mr. Ritzinger is a member of the State bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust Sections of the State Bar.

Mr. Ritzinger previously served as the trust advisor and attorney for WisPACT, a not-for-profit organization that specializes in administration of special needs trusts, and has provided presentations for attorneys regarding the creation and administration of special needs trusts.
