About the Position
As a Parts Clerk you will be responsible for the completion of procedures involving the ordering, replenishment, receiving, stocking, transferring and issuing of parts at Kenco Material Handling Solutions.

Functions
• Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop.
• Responsible for entering all order parts on work order.
• Responsible for receiving parts and entering them into the system.
• Responsible to complete parts pricing Quotes for service personnel.
• Respond quickly and accurately to part requests from shop personnel.
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts.
• Receive parts and inspect for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain the proper levels of parts in stock.
• Assist in payables of all parts and ensure that they are turned in daily.
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
• Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement in the Parts Department.
• Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or returned part.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in an Parts Department required.
• Inventory Management experience preferred.
• Experience in computerized inventory software, and ordering processing systems preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software and basic computer skills specifically in Microsoft office products and applications.
• Ability to lift 10-50 pounds frequently.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customers and team members.
