Madinah Academy of Madison mourns the lives lost in this tragedy. We support our brothers and sisters in faith and in community during this time of sorrow. May Allah protect us and allow us to not only share a shoulder during grief, but also love always.

Madinah Academy in partnership with will be giving away more than 100 backpacks and supplies out to the community on Tues Aug 13 at Elver Park at 6p (old shelter by the playground)! Stop by and grab one for your child and get ready for the school year :) spread the word! (While supplies last!)

A kick off to our latest campaign- Goal: to buy and own the half of the building in which we are currently operating inshaAllah. It'll take all our collective efforts to get there! Today, we had a few of our parents selling yummy treats and snacks from Somalia, as well as selling our favorite drinks while donating a percentage of the sales back to the Madinah Academy! What a fun time after our Friday prayers alhamdulillah 😊 look forward to more information about our fundraising campaign, as well as more fun events inshallah!

In these last few days and nights of Ramadan, please keep Madinah Academy and its students, teachers, and families in your Duas! And please consider making a donation, big or small, whatever you can, towards supporting your local Islamic school and future leaders of the ummah!

MashaAllah! Madinah Academy of Madison student Omar is participating in the Madison All-city.Spelling Bee today! We make Dua for his success and proud of everything he has achieved so far! Our school spelling bee highlighted many super spellers, and this is a tradition we hope to grow strong at MAM as we continue to develop our scholars and leaders. Congrats to all, and let's go Omar! Bismillah!

As Salaamu alaikum Dear Madinah Academy Families,

I hope you are doing well

I reach out to you from a place of sadness, but immense hope for change in the world.

As Muslims, we cannot sit idly by while the massacre of our brothers and sisters, in the holy land is being televised. We must do everything in our power, to make a difference. This means something different for each of us. I ask each of us to be encouraging, rather than judgmental towards one another. Stay connected, rather than being divided. This is the time to stick together and be strong in the face of adversity.

A global call to action has struck a chord, and we at Madinah Academy of Madison are joining the strike for Gaza.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause - but encourage you to also take off from work. Spend the time with children discussing, learning, and understanding the situation in your own ways.

Teachers will be providing resources online and will be responsive throughout the day in sha Allah.

- Don't leave home, except to go to the Masjid - pray & make Du’aa

6:50 PM - Maghrib Prayer & Exit
