Madison Elementary School is teaming up with Double Good Popcorn to help raise some money for future events like Teacher Appreciation Week and Field Day! The fundraiser runs until 5pm on Friday!

Holiday Shoppe is coming to MES from December 9th to December 13th. Flyers will be coming home with students in the next few days.

We will need Volunteers to help students shop from 8:45am to 12:45 pm on those days. All Volunteers must have a cleared background check on file with the main office.

And to add some extra fun, we have added raffles for the Volunteers that come out to help us with the Holiday Shoppe this year. We have some gift certificates, Starbuck cup and a Coach Purse!!!

Trunk or Treat for MES students on October 31st.

We have a large number of children and we want to make sure we have enough candy to share with our Trunk-or-Treaters!! So please help us make this event a 'fun'tastic Halloween celebration for our children by donating candy. The candy must be Tree Nut and Peanut free and be from a facility that is Tree Nut and Peanut Free. We appreciate all the help!

Today is the last day to place an order with Double Good to help support our school. We use the profits for future events, field trips and treats for the kids!

Double Good Popcorn fundraiser begins today, Friday, October 11th! The sale will run throughout the weekend and end on Tuesday, October 15th, so set up your shop.

To get started just:

4. Once the event starts share your Pop-Up Store with everyone you know!

It’s almost Halloween! Which means we are preparing for our yearly Trunk or Treat at MES!

We need wonderful volunteers that can come to MES on October 31st from 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. to pass out candy. All candy must be cleared by the front office. You are more than welcome to decorate your trunk! The students love all the halloween decorations! We currently have 410 students at MES!! 💜💜💜💜

All Volunteers must have a cleared Background check on file. All Partners/Aunts/Uncles/Grandparents that would like to help at the event must also be cleared! Even if they just plan on siting in the car, it must be done for them to be on site for the event. This must be done before October 28th!

We are also looking asking for Candy to be donated for Trunk or Treat. Candy must be turned in by October 28th. Candy MUST be Tree Nut and Peanut FREE and from a tree nut and Peanut FREE facility.
