We have had one parent volunteer to help park cars! We would like to have maybe two/three more parents help with parking if possible!! Arrival time would be 5:45pm!!

Here are a few prom details!!

Prom tickets will be handed out Wednesday during lunch in the library!!! If they are not able to go then, they can stop by Mrs. Plines room to grab them!!!

Promenade will look a little different this year! We will NOT being entering through the gym, students will still pull in to prom as usual, give their tickets to the announcer (same spot as last year), walk down the side walk towards the cafeteria, and will walk directly into the cafeteria!!! The area for parents will be roped off and the parent parking will be in the middle school parking lot. A small visual will be included with the tickets so students know where to go!!!

One thing we need still need is a few parent volunteers to help with parking!! Arrival time will be at 5:45pm to help with parking! Anyone interested please let Mrs. Plines know, [email protected]!!

Thursday, starting at 3:30 pm we will start decorating for prom in the cafeteria!! This will be a great time for parents to get involved!! We will stay until everything is done being decorated!!!

All of our sponsors will be there to help with the events taking place indoors. No parents will be allowed in during prom hours. We close the doors as soon as all students are inside and once they leave they are not allowed back into prom.

I hope I have included all of the main details but will update if I need to add anything else!!! Please share so this message reaches as many parents as possible!! Thank you for all of the fundraising to help make this year’s prom unforgettable!!!

Prom meeting is canceled this evening. I do apologize but with having the flu I have no choice! I will make posts throughout the week explaining all the details!!

Hello everyone!! We are still in need for a few more volunteers for Saturday night. Girls game starts at 6pm. Doors and concession stand open at 5 pm!! Please let me know if you are able to help.

Good morning Junior parents. We need help working concessions stands at basketball games this Saturday and next Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There are sign up sheets that junior students can volunteer to help. If you would encourage your child to help if they can that would be great. Also, if any parent would like to help, we would not turn down the help. The following pictures are the available slots and times. Thank you.

Deadline extended to Friday!! I am having a meeting today with all juniors!! Please have them ask around!!! I know several teachers, admin., etc have not been asked to buy a sweater!!!!
