Seeing one of my former students get inspired by the old man never gets old!

Joe Gerardi talked for years about wanting to complete an Ironman like I did, and this past weekend he made it happen at **Ironman Maryland**.

So proud of you, Joe. The commitment, discipline, and passion it takes to get to that finish line are incredible. Love seeing you chase a big goal and bring it to life!

Congratulations, Ironman! 💪🏊🚴🏃

TIP TUESDAY - Towel Drill, Connected through the body. The towel drill is a simple way to train better connection between the arms and body throughout the swing. Better Connection. Better Movement. Better Consistency.
