Madera Community College, in partnership with the University of California Agriculture and National Resources and UC Davis Water Management Lab, is proud to announce an upcoming Community Training opportunity for growers, researchers, educators, and agave enthusiasts looking to advance agave cultivation in California.

This Community Training opportunity will include one orientation session on Zoom, scheduled for Thursday, September 24, followed by four weekly training sessions that will take place on Zoom. These training sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish.

The registration fee is $150, and scholarships are available.

Interested in earning your Commercial Driver's License? We still have spots available in our Fall 2026 Truck Driving Program! You can earn your CDL in either 9-weeks or 18-weeks for less than $400.

Our Truck Driving Program consists of two classes:

TD 101 (9-weeks): This course is for students who need to obtain their Commercial Learner's Permit. If you already have a Commercial Learner's Permit, you do not need to take this course.

TD 102 (9-weeks): This course is for students who have their Commercial Learner's Permit and are preparing to take the Commercial License Test.
