We'll watch a video that debunks the learning styles myth, and then we'll review several strategies for becoming a multimodal learner.

Stop Procrastinating--an ARC workshop

For freshmen, sophomores, juniors, & seniors: learn 4 simple steps to overcome zero motivation, then review highly effective time-management solutions!

Start off the semester with mindfulness and positivity: we'll identify our stressors, discuss ways to break our stress cycles, practice easy breathing techniques, use humor to relieve stress, and experience a guided meditation.

With finals right around the corner, the ARC is pairing late-night tutoring with late-night pizza! Next Wednesday night, come enjoy a slice while you work with a tutor to ace your tests! We'll have math, writing, chemistry, stats, and computer science tutoring.

As we prepare for Thanksgiving break, please note that the ARC will be operating modified hours on Tuesday and Wednesday and CLOSED Thursday-Saturday. We will resume normal hours on Sunday.
