The Raider Battalion should always be expected to operate as one unit, moving with discipline, teamwork, and respect for each other and for the program we represent. Every cadet has a role to play, and together we form a team that is stronger than any one individual. To carry ourselves with pride, we must uphold the customs and values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. These values guide not only how we train and compete but also how we treat one another. Raiders should hold themselves to a high standard, showing respect for leadership, maintaining professionalism in appearance and actions, and encouraging one another to push past limits. Our customs, from the way we address our leaders to the way we motivate our teammates, remind us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. By carrying ourselves with dignity, discipline, and unity, we set the example for others and show that the Raider Battalion is a team built on strength, respect, and shared purpose.
