Today, Covenant Academy pauses to remember September 11, 2001—honoring the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage shown by so many.

As a school committed to teaching history with truth, clarity, and moral formation, we guide our students to study days like this with careful attention. In our classrooms, history is not merely a record of events; it is a teacher. We help students examine the past with discernment, recognize the weight of human choices, and understand how moments of great sorrow can shape the character of a people. Through thoughtful study, they learn to cultivate gratitude, compassion, and steadfastness.

We hold fast to the promise of Psalm 34:18: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
