Finding Greatness: History major Hunter Holland, who is aiming for graduate school and a career in sports journalism, is captain of the Middle Georgia State equestrian team and a member of the President’s Torch Society.

We didn't get a group pic at this year's annual BBQ, and the boating never took off (technical difficulties), but food, fun, and fellowship--with Torch members and alums from EVERY class since our founding--was well worth it! A sun set on another great day for at Middle Georgia State University!

Another Torch member (oops, now alum!) profiled in Finding Greatness. Proud of you, Brooke Jordan!

Finding Greatness: Recent graduate Brooke Jordan, the first in her family to finish college, will begin a teaching career this fall. One of her inspirations was her 7th grade teacher who became a Middle Georgia State faculty member the same year Jordan became a student.
