💡 Career Tip of the Week: Tailor Your Resume
One of the biggest resume mistakes students make is sending the same resume to every employer.
The job description is your guide! Pay close attention to the duties, qualifications, and skills listed, then incorporate relevant keywords and experiences from your background into your resume.
Why does this matter? 👀
Many employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to scan resumes for keywords before a human ever sees them. If your resume doesn't include the skills and qualifications they're looking for, you may be overlooked—even if you're a great candidate.
📌 Keep your resume ATS-friendly:

✔️ Avoid excessive graphics, icons, and rating systems
