🚨 Today at The Academy, our CNA students hosted a Vital Signs Drive! 🩺

They checked blood pressure, respiration rate, pulse, and weight, showcasing professionalism and skill every step of the way.

Our students demonstrated what BIBB County means by preparing to be “Meaningfully Employed”—learning, leading, and making an impact in the community. 💙

VIP Academy Jr. & Sr. Beta Club Giving Back!

Our VIP Academy Jr. and Sr. Beta Club members along with their sponsors Mrs. Harrison and Mrs. Burgess recently volunteered with the Backpack Buddies Ministry at Forest Hills Church. This amazing community program provides child-friendly food to students who may not have reliable access to meals when they are not receiving school meals.

What began in 2011 serving just 9 students at one school has grown to support over 3,000 children across multiple schools and three counties. Because of Backpack Buddies, students can return to school focused on learning instead of worrying about hunger.

We are so proud of our Jr. and Sr. Beta Club students for serving their community and living out the Beta motto of Service, Leadership, and Character. 🌟

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our friends at Southern Grace and Grain for blessing our staff this morning! 🥐💛

Our teachers and staff were treated to a delicious Croissant Sourdough Loaf and the most amazing Blueberry Sourdough Muffins — and let’s just say… they did not last long! Everything was fresh, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious.

Your generosity and support mean so much to our school community. It truly makes a difference when local businesses take the time to celebrate and encourage our educators.
