Through hard work, dedication, technical skill, and professionalism, Miss Dupree has earned the title of SkillsUSA National Champion in "Graphics Imaging Sublimation" representing our school, community, and state on the national stage.

This accomplishment is a testament to the commitment she and her instructors bring to Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education every day. Competing against the best students from across the nation, Aleshia demonstrated excellence and proved that Hutchings students can compete—and win—at the highest level.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our FIRST EVER Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Certified student, Kamila Guzman-Elias!

Miss Guzman-Elias has worked tirelessly to gain the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to earn this industry certification and take the next step toward a career in healthcare and emergency services. Her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence has truly paid off!

A huge congratulations also goes to our outstanding EMR pathway instructors, Ron Evans & Don Masinde, whose passion, leadership, and hard work made this achievement possible. Thank you for continuing to create life-changing opportunities for our students every single day.

This milestone is more than a certification — it is proof that Hutchings CCA students are career-ready, future-focused, and prepared to make a difference in their communities.

We wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week with a wonderful “Bon Voyage Celebration!”

Our students brought the energy today at the PBIS Basketball Tournament!

From exciting matchups to great sportsmanship and school spirit, today was an amazing time for students to compete, connect, and have fun together. The gym was full of excitement as teams battled it out on the court and classmates cheered each other on every step of the way!

Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped make today’s tournament a success. Events like these remind us that positive behavior, teamwork, and school culture matter both on and off the court!

Day 4 of Teacher Appreciation Week was a “Pier-Fect Pizza Party!”

Today, our incredible teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious pizza lunch served by our amazing students! From start to finish, students helped make the day extra special as a small token of appreciation for all the hard work, dedication, and support our faculty provides every day.

Day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week was all about smooth sailing, relaxation, and celebrating our incredible crew!

Today’s “Yacht Rock & Relaxation” theme gave our faculty and staff a chance to unwind and recharge with a relaxing lunch and chair massages — because our educators deserve a little time to kick back after all they do for students each day!

Day 2 of Teacher Appreciation Week was a fiesta of gratitude!

Yesterday's theme, “Taco ‘Bout an Amazing Crew,” was the perfect way to celebrate the incredible educators who keep our ship sailing every single day. Staff enjoyed a delicious taco lunch sponsored by our amazing partners at LifeLink — and we are so thankful for their support of our faculty and staff! Big Thank You to Angelia Howard!!

We kicked off Teacher Appreciation Week in style with our “Anchors Aweigh Breakfast!”

This morning, we celebrated the incredible educators who keep our school sailing strong every single day. From early mornings to late afternoons, their dedication, passion, and commitment help guide our students toward success.
