When you're part of a historic downtown neighborhood, joy and opportunity wait around every corner! This week, our 2nd-5th Grade Knights strolled down to Theatre Macon to see the Theatre Macon Youth Artists' Company's production of Goosebumps The Musical: Phantom of the Auditorium.🍿🎭

Founded in 1986, Theatre Macon operates in the old Ritz Theater building downtown on Cherry Street, one of the region's most intimate performance venues. This is just one of many downtown locations that encourage our Knights' creative, academic, and cultural pursuits by hosting field trips, performances, and other learning opportunities.💙

Being in walking distance of downtown makes all the difference as we continue to forge new relationships and foster longstanding collaborations. We are so grateful to be where we are in Macon, surrounded by such supportive businesses and organizations!

Generations of joy coming together for a beloved annual tradition.💙🕊

We had the most special Grandparents Day, with nearly 400 guests in attendance! The SJS Choir gave a beautiful performance, and our guest speaker pediatric psychologist Dr. Johns spoke about how grandparents can positively impact their grandchildren. His message was a wonderful reminder of just how lasting a grandparent's influence can be. We were so grateful to have Dr. Johns grace us with his wisdom.🙏

Textiles Club is off to an fabulous start. First up? The age-old craft of crochet! These Knights loved learning how to chain and slip their stitches. We'll see them making their own accessories in no time!🧶

We pray you hold the hearts of those first responders who have lived with this memory for the past 25 years, of the families of all impacted by the event, and of those who sacrifice for our country today.🇺🇸
