Helen Caldicott once said, "Teachers, I believe, are the most responsible and important members of society because their professional efforts affect the fate of the earth." With that in mind, today marks the beginning of National Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you to all of the teachers in our lives who have dedicated their own lives to their students-- we cannot thank you enough. A special thanks to the professors in our English department who have mentored and encouraged the success of our members while at WIU and beyond.

At this evening's induction ceremony we announced which of our wonderful members will be serving as Phi Delta Chapter's Officers for 2021-22.
