Dr. Dusti Ingles attended the Annual NACTA Conference this week at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. She gave a presentation on, “Exploring Reflective Depth in Agricultural Educators Across Career Stages,” which was co-authored with Dr. Michael Retallick from Iowa State University. This conference focuses on best practices in teaching and learning in agriculture. While at MSU, Dr. Ingles was able to participate in the Turf, Gardens, Blooms, and Bugs Farm-to-Home Tour where she learned about turf breeding, horticulture and landscape programs, melon, sweet corn, and tea production research, and insect taxonomy.
