Election Day is tomorrow, August 4, 2026, and the L'Anse Creuse Non-Homestead Operating Millage will be on the ballot. Remember to vote!

The Operating Millage Proposal on the August 4 ballot supports the students, staff, and schools in L'Anse Creuse. The proposal would replace, restore and extend the current millage and allow the district to receive the full share of per-pupil funding from the state.

The operating millage is levied on businesses, second homes, vacant land, and rental properties—it does not increase taxes on primary residences.
